Questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
Yes. The 7-day trial starts when you add a card, and nothing is charged until it ends. We email you two days before and on the last day; cancel from Billing before then and you pay nothing.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, from Billing. Upgrades apply at once and are charged pro rata. A downgrade works as long as your users and regions fit the smaller plan.
What counts as a user?
Everyone in your organisation who can sign in, plus invitations not yet accepted. Suspending someone frees their seat and keeps their history.
What happens if a payment fails?
Everything keeps working for 7 days while the card is updated. After that the organisation becomes read-only — you can still read and export everything — until payment goes through. Nothing is deleted.
Where is my data kept?
On servers in the European Union, with encrypted backups off-site. Each organisation is kept apart by the database itself. See the Security page and the Privacy policy for the details.
Do you offer refunds?
Charges taken in error are refunded in full. Otherwise fees for a period that has started are not refunded, except where the law requires it — which is why the trial is free and cancellable. The Refund policy (in the footer) has the details.
Which currencies and taxes?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Our payment partner, the merchant of record, adds the right sales tax, VAT or GST for your country at checkout and issues the invoice.
